The calendar uses MBC's current Hallmaster room names. The office will confirm the best room, layout, equipment, access arrangements and current charge with you.
Back Halls
Separate downstairs and upstairs halls offer flexible space for classes, meetings and community activities.
Lounge
A smaller setting for meetings and group conversation. Ask the office about the layout and current accessibility arrangements.
Kitchen and Youth Room
These appear as separate bookable spaces in Hallmaster. Kitchen use, equipment and suitability must be agreed as part of the booking.
Planning information: tell the office your preferred date, number of people, room layout, activity, access needs, equipment and whether food will be prepared or served.

Getting here
MBC has a substantial rear car park. Please ask how much parking is expected to be available for your date and encourage guests to park considerately without obstructing neighbours.
Access and sound
Tell the office about mobility, hearing or other access needs. PA and hearing-loop availability depends on the room and setup and should be confirmed for your booking.

For a one-off booking, select your preferred date and time in the calendar. For a recurring booking, select the + on the date the series should begin and then choose Recur.
A request is not a confirmed booking. Hallmaster will ask you to register or sign in before submitting. MBC will review the request and confirm it separately.
The availability calendar and booking request are provided by Hallmaster. Information entered into the booking process is handled through Hallmaster and MBC's room-booking administration.
