MBC celebrates 100 years of faith and community
A community fayre and special celebration service brought generations together to thank God for 100 years of Milton Baptist Church.
Milton Baptist Church marked its centenary with two special occasions celebrating a century of worship, friendship and service in Weston-super-Mare.
A fayre for the community
The 100 Year Fayre on 20 June welcomed neighbours and friends for an afternoon of stalls, games, activities, cakes and music. Volunteers from across the church helped make it a warm and generous community celebration.
A service of thanksgiving
On 5 July, friends, former ministers and members of the wider church family gathered for the 100 Year Celebration Service. Together, the church gave thanks for God's faithfulness through changing generations and looked forward to the next chapter of MBC's mission.
